Q: How much do you charge for estimates?
A: Estimates are FREE! Come in, relax and have a coffee! No appointment necessary!

Q: Do you work with my insurance company?
A: We work with ALL insurance companies, and as a consumer,  you have the right to choose your repair facility!

Q: When do I pay my deductible?
A: You pay your deducible once all repairs are completed. We accept Debit, Visa, MC and cash.

Q: How do I get a replacement vehicle?
A: We are happy to book a replacement vehicle with Enterprise Rent-A-Car through your insurance. There is no charge to you as most insurance policy's cover replacement vehicles. Enterprise will pick you up or drop off a car for you at our repair facility. When repairs are completed you just drop off the vehicle with us and Enterprise will pick it up.
